Valley River RV Resort is a riverfront RV community catering to 32' and above Class A RVs that is currently in the development stage. We are offering lots through a reservation system with pre-opening pricing discounts and specials.
The reservation system enables a prospective buyer to reserve any of the lots in Phase 1. A $500.00 reservation deposit is required, totally refundable and is held by an attorney/escrow agent in Murphy, NC. The reservation agreement is non-binding on either party.

All reservation agreement holders will have a 60 day due diligence period before going to contract and will be entitled to certain benefits which include the following:
- A free two-day stay at Peace Valley Campground in Murphy, NC to give you the ability to evaluate the property, location and other area opportunities
- Lot price fixed based upon amount disclosed with your Reservation Agreement
- Pre-opening discounts and specials
- E-mails sent to purchasers showing progress, maintaining updates and open communication
